1. Organizing Companies

M.A. FACTORY, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 75030541900079, with its registered office at 36 rue de Romainville, 93100 Montreuil, AND Mushie, a company with its registered office at 5870 W Fuqua St Ste 200, Houston, Texas, 77085, USA (hereinafter the “Organizing Companies”) are organizing, from August 30, 2025, to September 6, 2025, a contest (hereinafter the “Contest”), accessible on the website www.louisemisha.com. The information provided by Participants may be used by the Organizing Companies.

2. Contest Rules and Participation

Participation in the Contest is open to any adult individual residing anywhere in the world, holding an email address or an Instagram account, except for permanent or temporary members of the Organizing Companies, their suppliers, Contest partners, or anyone who has had professional contact with the Organizing Companies regarding this promotion (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”). To participate in the Contest, Participants must complete the form available on a dedicated page of the website www.louisemisha.com, between August 30, 2025, and September 6, 2025. Participants may only complete the dedicated page once during the Contest period. By submitting the form: Participants will be subscribed to the Organizing Companies’ newsletter. Participants will automatically be entered into a draw to be held on September 8, 2025, giving one of them the chance to win: a LOUISE MISHA gift card worth €250; a Mushie gift card worth $200 (for more details, see Article 3 below).

2.2 Participation Conditions and Validity

Registering under a false identity, providing false information, or registering under multiple identities will result in disqualification. Additionally, entries will be canceled if incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules.

3. Prizes

The draw will take place on September 8, 2025. The winner will be notified by email within five days. They must acknowledge receipt of their prize via email or message within one week. If no response is received, they may be contacted by phone. If they cannot be reached by phone and do not respond within this period, they will forfeit the prize, and a new Participant may be drawn. One winner will receive: 1 LOUISE MISHA gift card worth €250 (valid only on www.louisemisha.com), 1 Mushie gift card worth $200 (valid only on www.mushie.com). In case of force majeure or if circumstances require, the Organizing Companies reserve the right to replace the prizes with others of equivalent nature and value. The winner cannot claim a cash equivalent for the prizes or request an exchange for other goods or services, even if they choose to decline or withdraw from the Contest. In such a case, the prizes will be forfeited.

4. Winners

The Organizing Companies will notify the winner by email within five days of the draw. The Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible if, due to circumstances beyond their control, the notification is lost or does not reach the winner due to malfunction or change of contact details. If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of the prize or does not communicate their product choice within the required timeframe, they may be contacted by phone. If they cannot be reached by any means, they will lose their prize.

5. Intellectual Property

Participation in this Contest implies, in favor of the Organizing Companies, authorization to publish the winner’s name on all current and future media and promotional events related to the Contest, without this use entitling the winner to any compensation other than the prizes awarded.

6. Data Protection

Participants’ names and contact details may be subject to processing by the Organizing Companies. In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data, Participants have the right to access, correct, delete their personal information, and to object to its processing at any time. To exercise this right, Participants must submit a request with their contact details and a copy of their ID via email to shop@louisemisha.com for LOUISE MISHA, and to support@mushie.com for Mushie. For more information on personal data processing, Participants are invited to refer to the Privacy Policy available on www.louisemisha.com and www.mushie.com.

7. Disclaimer

The Organizing Companies shall not be held responsible if a Participant: experiences any technical failure (line status, power outage, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.); provides inaccurate or incomplete contact details preventing notification of their prize. Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of Internet technologies, including technical performance, response times, risks of interruptions, lack of protection of some data against misuse, and the risk of viruses. Consequently, the Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible, including but not limited to: content of services accessed on the Internet; transmission or reception of any data or information online; Internet network failures preventing proper Contest operation; failure of reception equipment or communication lines; loss of mail or electronic messages; routing issues; software malfunctions; consequences of viruses, bugs, anomalies, or technical failures; damage to a Participant’s computer or mobile device; technical, hardware, or software failures preventing participation; direct or indirect damage from any interruption or malfunction of the Contest. Participants are responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect their own data and software. Internet access and Contest participation are entirely at the Participant’s risk. The Organizing Companies cannot be held liable if the Contest is partially or entirely modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond their control. No compensation may be claimed. In any case, if administrative or technical issues occur due to a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the Organizing Companies’ control, they reserve the right to interrupt the Contest.

8. Rule Accessibility

The Contest rules may be provided free of charge to anyone requesting them. They are also available on the dedicated Contest page on www.louisemisha.com.

9. Evidence Agreement

The Organizing Companies may rely, including for evidentiary purposes, on any acts, facts, programs, data, files, recordings, operations, and other elements (such as tracking reports) established, received, or stored directly or indirectly by the Organizing Companies, particularly in their information systems, related to the Contest. Participants agree not to dispute the admissibility, validity, or evidentiary value of these elements under any law that would require documents to be written or signed. These elements are considered valid, admissible evidence with the same probative value as written documents.

10. Acceptance

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

11. Cancellation and Extension

The Organizing Companies reserve the right to cancel, modify, shorten, or extend the Contest in whole or in part if circumstances require, without justification or compensation.

12. Applicable Law

It is expressly agreed that French law applies. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Paris. However, for participants residing abroad, local regulations may apply if more favorable.
