At Louise Misha, we celebrate craftsmanship and noble materials by partnering with designer Olivia Dar to create an exclusive collection of ornaments for the holiday season. This collaboration gives birth to eight unique pieces, designed to embellish not only this festive period but also to bring a touch of poetry to everyday life throughout the year.
Heart, star, moon: each of these poetic shapes comes in two colors. Against a backdrop of cream, pink, mustard, or teal velvet, pearls are delicately hand-embroidered using the Indian artisanal technique of Ari. Once the embroidery is complete, the fabric is carefully cut, and the ornaments are hand-stuffed with upcycled wool scraps. Each piece is then adorned with hand-sewn pearls, a beaded pom-pom, and a hand-braided cord, allowing each decoration to be hung. Every step of this process is artisanal, making these creations true jewels, resulting from meticulous craftsmanship.
The capsule was conceived by Olivia Dar and Marie Pidancet, creator of Louise Misha, and crafted in India. The family workshop, composed of passionate artisans and led by Olivia, has always worked to preserve the unique skills of this country.
