• Start by going through your wardrobe and picking out the Louise Misha pieces you no longer wear.
• Enter the details of your items directly on our collection platform, available here.
• If you accept our offer, drop off your package at a Chronopost or Mondial Relay location using our prepaid return label.
• Once your item is received and verified, you’ll receive a Louise Misha gift card, valid for 6 months.
• Your item will then be carefully refreshed and resold on our secondhand platform.

Items must be less than 5 years old and in excellent condition, with no stains, holes, tears, or significant signs of wear.

We accept the following item conditions:

• New with tags

• Very good condition
  
  
• Good condition

Our platform instantly calculates the value of your gift card based on the information you provide.

This amount is determined using several factors:

• Item condition: From brand new with tags to gently used, the value is adjusted based on wear.
  
  
• Item details: Type of piece, material, season, collection, etc.
  
  
• Market prices: We compare resale values on other leading secondhand platforms to offer you the most competitive buy-back price.

Currently, both selling and buying are available in: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.

In Germany, Austria, and Italy, only the buying option is available for now.
