Return Policy

Please note that you have 30 days to return your order from the date of receipt. The items must not have been worn and must be returned in perfect condition with the tags attached. Cleaning fees may be deducted if the item is not in a resalable condition. If you find that your item unfortunately arrives damaged, please make sure to notify us on the day of delivery at shop@louisemisha.com .

Returns of items from abroad are at your expense. A prepaid label is provided, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
