MA FACTORY, a simplified joint stock company registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 75030541900079, with its head office at 36 rue de Romainville, 93100 Montreuil.
And
OH MY CREAM, a simplified joint stock company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 751 427 527, with its registered office at 47 rue de Babylone, 75007 Paris.
And
The company Château de Villiers le Mahieu, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €216,000, whose registered office is located at Château de Villiers le Mahieu 78770 Villiers-le-Mahieu, registered in the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 319 225 785. As well as the company SH Château du Val , a simplified joint stock company with capital of €600,000, whose registered office is located at Château du Val, Route Forestière de Brancas, 78100 Saint-Germain-en-Laye, registered in the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 888 277 829.
(hereinafter the “Organizing Companies”)
are organizing a competition from December 31, 2024 to January 7, 2025 (hereinafter “the Game”), accessible on the websites www.lousemisha.com and www.ohmycream.com .
The information provided by Participants may be used by the Organizing Companies.
To take part in the Game, Participants must complete the form available on a dedicated page of the sites www.louisemisha.com or www.ohmycream.com
On the sites: between December 31 , 2024 and January 7, 2025, they will have to provide information about themselves. By validating the form, Participants will be subscribed to the Newsletter of the Organizing Companies. Participants will only be able to complete the dedicated page on the site once, during the duration of the Game.
In doing so, Participants will be automatically entered into a draw that will take place on January 7, 2025, in which one of them will win: a voucher for a stay for 2 adults and 2 children lasting 24 hours in one of the Country Houses (Château de Villiers le Mahieu or La Maison du Val), valid between January 7, 2025 and January 7, 2026, excluding Saturdays and public holidays, subject to prior reservation with the relevant Country House and subject to availability of the establishment; 1 Louise Misha gift card worth €350; 1 specific Oh My Cream skincare range worth €200 (for more details, please see Article 3 below).
The winner will be informed by email or private message on Instagram within 5 days. He/she must acknowledge receipt of his/her winnings by return email or message within the following week. If no response is received, he/she may be contacted by telephone.
If he cannot be definitively reached and without a response within this period, he will lose the benefit of his prize and a new Participant may be drawn at random.

One winner will win: A voucher for a stay worth €680 for 2 adults and 2 children for a duration of 24 hours in one of the Country Houses (Château de Villiers le Mahieu or La Maison du Val), valid between January 7, 2025 and January 7, 2026, excluding Saturdays and public holidays, subject to prior reservation with the Country House concerned and subject to availability of the establishment. Travel not included.

Clarification regarding the stay in one of the Country Houses: in the event that the winner is unable to find a date before January 7, 2026, the prize will be lost.
In the event of force majeure or if circumstances require it, the Organizing Companies reserve the right to replace the prizes won with others of an equivalent nature and value.
The winner may not claim the cash equivalent of the prizes won or request their exchange for other goods and services, even if he or she decides to refuse them or withdraw from the Game. In this case, the prizes will be lost.
The Organizing Companies shall not be held liable in cases where, for reasons beyond their control, the notification to the winner was lost or did not reach its destination due to a malfunction or a change of contact details.
If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of their winning notification or does not communicate their choice of products within the required time frame, they may be contacted by telephone. If they cannot be reached by any means, they will lose their prize.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete personal information concerning them at any time, as well as the possibility of objecting to the processing of this data.
To do this, they simply need to make a request, specifying their contact details and sending a copy of their identity document, by email to shop@louisemisha.com for the Organizing Company Louise Misha, by written request signed and sent by post for the Organizing Company Château de Villiers le Mahieu and SH Château du Val, and by email to contact@ohmycream.com for the Organizing Company Oh My Cream.
To learn more about the processing of their personal data, Participants are invited to refer to the Confidentiality Charter available on the website www.louisemisha.com & www.ohmycream.com
- suffered any technical failure (line condition, power failure, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.),
- provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details which prevented him from being informed of his winnings.
Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the technologies used by the Internet and those linked to it, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
Consequently, the Organizing Companies may not under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:
- the content of the services consulted on the Internet and, in general, of all information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on said sites;
- the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
- any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/functioning of the Game;
- failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
- loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
- routing problems;
- the operation of any software;
- the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
- any damage caused to a Participant’s computer or mobile phone;
- any technical, hardware or software failure of any nature, having prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Game or having damaged a Participant's system.
It is specified that the Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or end of the Game, for any reason whatsoever, nor for any direct or indirect damage that could result, in any way whatsoever, from an Internet connection.
It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack.
Any person's connection to the Internet and participation in the Game is their sole responsibility.
The Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond their control, the Game is partially or totally modified, postponed or cancelled. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.
In any case, if the smooth administrative and technical running of the Game is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizing Companies, the latter reserve the right to interrupt it.
The Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative force of the aforementioned elements, on the basis of any legal provision which would require that certain documents be drawn up or signed by the parties to constitute proof.
Thus, these elements are considered as useful, admissible, valid and enforceable evidence between the parties, in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document established, received or kept in writing.
The Organizing Companies reserve the right to cancel, modify, shorten or extend this operation partially or completely if circumstances so require, without having to justify this decision or pay compensation.
