It’s just outside Paris, within the Louise Misha house, that the collections are born. Guided by Marie Pidancet’s sensitive imagination, they come to life thanks to the expertise of the design studio.
Louise Misha’s creations are inspired as much by Marie’s travels as by her Parisian wanderings: a museum visit, a film, a book… In the studio, these influences come to life through a collaborative process. Moodboards and material notebooks serve as starting points for the design team to imagine prints and silhouettes. Each collection stays true to the Maison’s universe while reinventing itself with creativity and freedom.

The Maison carefully selects its workshops for their rare and exceptional textile expertise. Its pieces are made in collaboration with family-run ateliers, many of which have been partners since the brand’s earliest days. These long-standing relationships are nurtured through regular visits and a strong sense of professional trust.
The Maison is proud to work with such talented and dedicated artisans. The Maison’s partnerships are guided by strict standards, addressing social and environmental responsibility while ensuring safety and quality at every stage of production.
The same dedication to excellence shaped the selection of workshops for its fragrance collection—passionate teams committed to preserving French artisanal traditions.

Indian artisans bring exceptional skills and technical mastery that perfectly support Louise Misha’s creative vision. The Maison works with several family-run workshops in India, where Marie has built strong, lasting relationships over the years. Louise Misha’s teams visit regularly to take on ever more ambitious challenges. Embroidery, smocking, tassels, braiding, pleating: these workshops are behind many pieces adorned with handmade details.

The Louise Misha journey wouldn’t have been possible without Alan and Ada, two remarkable women who believed in the brand from the start and set up their own workshops in China to support its growth. Their small, skilled ateliers produce high-quality pieces, combining expert crochet and chunky knitting with artistic sensitivity and an unparalleled understanding of the Louise Misha universe. The result: designs that perfectly capture the spirit of the brand.

Louise Misha’s fragrance collection celebrates French savoir-faire. The women’s eau de parfum and children’s scented water are crafted between Grasse and Hauts-de-France from premium ingredients. Candles are poured in the Paris region, and soaps are hand-shaped in the small village of Les Mages in southern France. Every piece is enhanced by the delicate illustrations of painter Léa Morichon.

The Maison works with two family-run workshops in France: one in Auvergne, specializing in scarves, hats, blankets, and ponchos, and another in Centre-Val de Loire, crafting exceptional belts. Both ateliers carry on generations of craftsmanship and pay close attention to the quality of their materials.

Portugal, with its rich textile heritage, is renowned for its expertise in jersey and fleece. In Porto, the artisans selected by Louise Misha craft high-quality, comfortable, and durable garments. Several of the brand’s cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts benefit from their skill in printing and gentle washing techniques.
